To ensure fairness to our team and customers, the following cancellation fees may apply:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours of completion and we will arrange a complimentary re-cleaning.

6. Referral Program

Clients may earn one complimentary cleaning service for every ten successful referrals resulting in bookings or after ten completed services by the referred client.
